Coffee break/Networking session
In a world where HR transformation is accelerating, the spotlight often falls on strategy, leadership, and culture. But beneath every great transformation is the infrastructure that makes it all possible—processes, systems, and people working behind the scenes to bring HR strategies to life. In this session, I’ll share lessons from my journey leading foundational HR transformation work: from setting up Scania's HR Service Center in Sweden, to playing a key role in the global implementation of SAP SuccessFactors, to now heading the global second line support function. We’re currently on a journey to evolve from reactive support toward a more strategic and scalable model, with the next step being the establishment of a global Service Operations organization. This is a crucial part of our ambition to create a truly global HR community that is aligned, efficient, and empowered to support the business.

Coffee break/Networking session
As HR, it is easy to let the inbox and requests from the business set the agenda for the day, jumping between tasks and solving problems as they appear. It is important work, but when every day becomes a reaction to someone else’s need, it often leads to scattered focus. We end up spending our time managing what is visible and urgent, treating the symptoms, with too little time and mental capacity left for the long-term challenges beneath the surface. Many of us have learned time management techniques and how to become more efficient, but what is often missing is the ability to protect our cognitive energy and to be realistic about the limitations of our mental capacity. In this presentation, we will explore why focus work matters, how to design workdays in a brain-friendly way, and how to be intentional about how we invest our cognitive energy.
How we created a persona-driven HR framework to better understand our workforce. In this session, I’ll outline the key steps we followed—from gathering insights to building meaningful employee personas—and how this foundation can shape more focused, relevant solutions across the employee journey. This session offers practical takeaways for HR leaders looking to design more intentional and human-centered strategies.
