"D&I as a Competitive Advantage and Key Enabler for Business Success"

In this presentation, Carina Hörstedt will go through how Group Supply at Ericsson has used a data-driven approach to integrate diversity and inclusion into its agenda and make it an embedded part of the business and the leadership expectations. She will go through how the unit and leadership team have reviewed its processes, carefully implemented measurements, and examined the factors behind the numbers in order for D&I to become a competitive advantage and key enabler for business success.
