Count on Me: From Mindset to Movement

Culture change starts with a shift in mindset — and accountability is the spark. At Ahold Delhaize, our “Count on Me” campaign turns commitments into action, creating trust and momentum across the organisation. It reflects our Leadership Behaviours — Grow Our People, Obsess Over Our Customer and Win Together — because when leaders model follow-through, it inspires others to do the same. For HR, this is more than a program; it’s a movement that shapes culture and accelerates change.

The New Learning OS: A Blueprint for Workplace Readiness in the AI Era

We are at a tipping point. With the half-life of skills shrinking from years to months , 59% of the global workforce will require fundamental retraining by 2030. Yet, despite massive investments, 95% of AI initiatives are currently yielding zero value. The reason? Technology doesn’t transform businesses - people who know how to use it do. In this high-energy session, Arielle Gannon challenges leaders to stop viewing learning as an isolated task and start treating it as a critical business operating system. Using the metaphor of "Udemy City," Arielle will provide a strategic blueprint for building a connected, AI-native ecosystem where learning is embedded directly into the flow of work. This session is designed as a strategic handover. You’ll leave with a framework to audit your current strategy, identify performance gaps, and ask the hard questions needed to spark real change back at your organization.

The Impact of AI and Digitalization on Our Workforce Composition and How We Prep to Shift

This session explores how AI and digitalisation are reshaping the nature of work. AI helps make certain types of tasks more efficient, particularly those that are repetitive, rules-based and process-heavy. At the same time, this enables colleagues to focus more on work that requires judgement, expertise and interaction with clients.   It highlights how organisations should anticipate these changes proactively, rather than reactively, to remain competitive and resilient. A key focus is on understanding how work is evolving, how roles and skills are changing, and where new roles and skills are emerging.   The “Prep to Shift” approach centres on equipping the workforce with the skills, mindset and mobility needed to navigate this transformation, combining reskilling, upskilling and internal talent redeployment, with a clear focus on supporting colleagues through this transition. It also emphasises the importance of data-driven workforce planning and strong collaboration between HR, business leaders and employees.   Importantly, the session addresses the human side of transformation, ensuring engagement, clarity and inclusion throughout the journey.   Ultimately, AI is not just a technology shift, but an enabler of how we work, learn and continue to deliver value.

Silent Signals: What Your Organization Is Already Telling You

Most organizational change doesn't fail at the announcement - it fails quietly, in the months that follow, as employees push through and leaders assume the plan is working. Long before KPIs reveal a problem, signals are already surfacing: a team slowing down, priorities being interpreted differently, energy quietly dropping. But without the right system to catch them, by the time those signals reach leadership, the window to act has often closed. This session explores how HR leaders can close the organizational visibility gap - turning continuous employee signals into early intelligence that the whole leadership team can act on. Drawing on research across 1,200+ European organizations, we'll examine what it takes to make the invisible visible, and why early organizational insight is becoming HR's most powerful strategic tool.

From Support Function to Product Team: KPN's AI Journey in HR

At KPN, we are redefining HR from a support function into a product organization, with AI as a key accelerant. This talk opens with with how we got AI off the ground: the early decisions, the realities of implementation, and what it takes to move as an early adopter within a large organization. From there, it goes into the harder part of transformation: what changes when you stop treating HR as a support function and start running it like a product organization. This includes making different prioritization choices, redefining ownership and building new capabilities within your HR team.

Purposeful Leadership: Creating Workforce Ecosystems

The world has shifted from VUCA to BANI—Brittle, Anxious, Non-linear, Incomprehensible. What does this mean for HR and leadership? In this session we will explore several ingredients to build high impact workforce ecosystems and how that is being done at Triodos Bank: ✔️ The new reality: How BANI is reshaping workforce expectations and organizational resilience. ✔️ From function to force: How HR can evolve into a strategic driver of transformation, covering organization needs and cultural change. ✔️ Workforce shifts: What employees truly need to thrive in uncertainty and what the role of HR is in that. ✔️ Leadership’s role: How purposeful leadership builds high-impact workforce ecosystems.   Purposeful leadership creates connected, trust-based workforce ecosystems. In a world reshaped by AI and rapid change HR in Triodos designs environments where purpose fuels collaboration, adaptability, and resilience. This is not just a conversation about HR strategy - it’s a blueprint for building organizations that thrive on connection, data, and purpose.
