The Voice of the Customer in Motion: Turning Feedback into Action

Over the past year, the Customer Insights team at Elektrobit has turned market signals and customer feedback into measurable impact through a series of focused initiatives. In this presentation, I will share how we established baseline metrics to make smarter decisions that can drive stable, profitable growth. I will cover quantitative approaches that capture the Voice of the Customer across digital and in-person touchpoints, as well as qualitative conversations where we explored the challenges customers expect us to help them solve. Together, these initiatives have strengthened relationships, accelerated problem resolution, and aligned our offerings with what customers truly value.
