Guillaume, a trained marketeer, began his career in the pharmaceutical industry, spending 12 years with Ipsen. His initial years were in Asia (Vietnam), followed by a role overseeing the sales operations in Africa and the French overseas territories. In 2006, he transitioned to Human Resources, where he has since developed a deep passion for the field while maintaining a strong connection to business operations.

For over 13 years, Guillaume has been with Getinge, a leading Swedish medical device company with more than 12,000 employees. He serves as the Global HR Business Partner for the Sales function, which comprises approximately 5,000 employees. Guillaume excels in supporting functional leaders and translating business challenges into actionable HR strategies, fostering a positive and robust organizational culture.

Additionally, he is responsible for Talent Acquisition and HR Analytics at the group level.
