His field of action went from shopfloor HR management (HR Manager, Head of HR in plants) through to top-level HR positions such as Head of Talent & Executive Management for Airbus Helicopters, until his current position of Head of HR For operations within the same company, taking care of a 7000+ people organization spread around the globe.
