Very early awoken to the importance of the Human side of things, Mathieu David-Hine specialized in Human Resources management whilst fulfilling a Business School degree with Aerospace Management as a major. Mathieu David-Hine built a successful International HR career, holding positions at HR operational, transversal, or in centers of excellence. His field of action went from shopfloor HR management (HR Manager, Head of HR in plants) through to top-level HR positions such as Head of Talent & Executive Management for Airbus Helicopters, until his current position of Head of HR For operations within the same company, taking care of a 7000+ people organization spread around the globe.

Convinced that People are at the center of everything, Mathieu David-Hine has always had a focus on people engagement, development, and well-being, placing the Human dimension in the first place in all his interactions with businesses, C-suite executives, Executive Committees, and CEOs. To reach benchmark performance in that regard, Mathieu David-Hine graduated as a Coach, from the renowned Coach & Team School.

Since then, M. David-Hine has coached individuals, teams, and organizations to reach their full potential, in the frame of his current company, and in the frame of his own coaching company called Enso. His HR centers of focus in HR are Competence Management, People Development, Values-Based Leadership, HR Management in industrial organizations, and of course, Coaching.

43, married, and father of 3, Mathieu practices triathlon, hiking, alpinism, and sails sports. He enjoys
cooking, and sharing quality time with his family and friends.
