Bruno joined Disneyland Paris in 1991 as part of the Grand Opening team as Project Manager for Resort Development. Since then, he has taken on positions of increasing responsibility in operational or support functions, as department leader or in project management, including working on the opening of both parks in 1992 and 2002, and of Hong Kong Disneyland Resort in 2005. In 2009, Bruno was promoted to HR Director and has since conducted the reengineering of various functions including Health & Safety, First Aid, Cast Dining, Cast Housing, and Operations Training. Since 2018, Bruno has served as HR Director, Leadership & Development (leading Disneyland Paris L&D strategy and team).
