Syed Ali Abbas is Vice President of People at HelloFresh, the largest meal-kit group in the world. In this role, Abbas leads the global HR Business Partner team and drives key people-related programs across HelloFresh. He previously served as (i) Group HR Director for Global Fashion Group, a listed global fashion e-commerce company, (ii) Chief HR Officer for Pacnet Group, a mid-size global technology company (iii) Chief Strategy Officer for Epitome Global, a HRtech startup, and (iv) Executive Director of HR for AT&T, a Fortune 100 global communications company. Abbas has also served as a Non-Executive Board Member, Board Committee member, and Strategic Advisor to more than a dozen technology companies, early-stage startups, not-for-profit organizations, and HR professional associations. He has a passion for growing the HR profession, supporting early-stage startups, and giving back to the community.
