I'm a marketer turned analyst now in the corporate learning and development space. I have a passion for reimagining great learning and education—one that's equally playful as it is effective.

I've designed and delivered multiple award-winning learning programs, led large global teams, and had double-digit ROI on new learning strategies, but what I am most proud of is that I am not the leader or human I was 10 years ago. I have learned and am continuing to learn about how to balance getting results with doing the right thing—always with a focus on the human elements of work while leveraging the best of technology.

Today, I have the privilege of looking after a global team at Google responsible for the activation and delivery of thousands of facilitated learning experiences within the Global Business Organization at Google.

I also moonlight as change maker around making adulting and work more playful and yep still productive.
