A seasoned HR Professional with more than 25 years of successful track record, having experience in Performance, Total Rewards, Global HR Business Partnering, Consulting, Program Management, Business Transformation, and Learning. Leading the COE Total Rewards and Performance Management globally for Sun, responsible for setting up the COE and for institutionalizing a Total Rewards Framework, and also for promoting a performance-driven culture through performance-linked compensation differentiation and a robust performance management system. Also leading HR for WE & ANZ Region: responsible for developing and implementing business-specific people strategy, driving talent management and organizational capability agenda, and leading HR transformation for the region. Prior to that was the head of HR for the Global IT function. Spent more than 4 years with Philips and handled various profiles like: Head of Rewards and D&I for the India subcontinent, Program Manager- Global Philips University, Head of Global Learning Delivery. Prior to joining Philips have worked with E&Y for close to two years as Associate Director in the People & Organization practice, where I led consulting assignments across multiple HR areas and partnered with organizations to help unleash their people's potential; delivering HR advisory services across industries and continents. Worked with Ranbaxy before that for 5 years, and my last role was as Head – Global Reward Management, managing rewards for close to 30 countries. Also have 5 years of consulting experience in Mercer Human Resource Consulting and two years of HR business partnering experience with HFCL and Koshika Telecom.
