Currently, I work as Head of People at Hygraph GmbH, which is a Headless CMS that simplifies content management at scale. My experience spans across talent acquisition, leadership, development, organisational design, and an inclusive workplace. Originally from India and now based in Berlin, I strive to bring a global perspective to HR, and I am known to blend empathy with strategic clarity. Outside of work, I explore music, books, spirituality, psychology, and also video games.
