Wiebke began her career with a background in business and sociology, laying the foundation for her path in People & Culture. After starting in Zalando’s sourcing department, she moved into broader roles across startups, SMEs, and agencies—gaining deep expertise in organizational scaling, development, and change. Most recently, she led the People & Operations team at Linearity, a remote-first graphic design software company.
