managing change. Kieran has experience working with a range of organisations around

Return on Investment modelling: identifying how changes to ways of working generate
higher customer loyalty and financial performance
Kieran has held a global management position at a HR technology business as it
transitioned from NASDAQ to NYSE, before being sold to IBM in 2012. Kieran has a
degree in Politics and Philosophy from Birmingham University in the UK.
