Emily Lofting-Kisakye

Emily leads the people function for Cognita Schools. She is responsible for the design and implementation of the overarching people strategy. She has worked closely with the executive leaders to refine and advance the approach to people throughout the organisation spread across 3 countries. Emily is a commercial and solutions driven HR professional with considerable experience in business change transformation and engagement whilst on that journey of change. Cognita Schools are very passionate about their people and how they drive and deliver everything the business accomplishes; to that end Emily analyses and uses people data to deliver authentic insights to improve the people experience. Prior to joining Cognita Schools, Emily spent 10 years at HR Director, Europe & International, Urban Outfitters Europe.
