Becky Valentine

Becky is a change and communication specialist with 10 years’ consulting experience.
She specialises in managing organisational change, with a people and engagement
focus. She works with organisations, teams and individuals to plan, manage and embed
lasting change.
Becky’s work has included supporting organisations with mergers and acquisitions,
organisational transformation, system reform, culture change and operating model
design.
She has experience working with a broad range of public and private organisations
across government, pharmaceutical, education, professional and financial services,
retail, utilities and automotive.
Prior to joining Daggerwing, she worked for a range of independent consultancies in the
UK and Australia.
Becky is a certified Prosci® Change Management practitioner and graduated from
Cambridge University with a first-class degree in Social and Political Sciences,
specialising in Psychology.
