Payment Methods
Impactic Global GmbH accepts electronic cards payment and payment through invoice. In the case of invoice payments, the client has to transfer the payment as soon as our invoice is delivered. Impactic Global reserves the right to refuse access to the event or cancel the client’s booking(s) at any time if we didn’t receive the payment from the customer.
Cancellations and program changes
Impactic Global doesn’t provide refunds in case of cancellation. Nevertheless, we provide the customer (a sponsor or attendee) with one or more vouchers by which the client can participate in one of our future events. Our voucher validity is one year starting from the date the voucher was issued. This also applies in case of event postponement/cancellation. We’re not responsible for any damages or loss as a result of changes in the event program or postponement/cancelation. We reserve the right to change the program of our event. We don’t provide refunds in case of speaker cancellation/replacement or program modification or absence of expected attendee(s)
