Dr. Imane Terrab

VP, Thought Leadership at WDHB

Dr. Imane Terrab is the VP, Thought Leadership at WDHB, where she has been pioneering the development of experiential learning programs for over a decade. Her role involves innovating and implementing impactful learning, development, and transformation strategies for Fortune Global 500 clients. At WDHB, a pioneer of experiential learning programs for executives, Imane leads a team that designs experiential learning journeys Executive and Management Committees in transforming their ideas into actionable plans. At WDHB, she also leads the thought leadership efforts, heading a team that conducts research on various aspects of the L&D function. Her work has contributed to reports on topics such as learning organizations, the role of purpose in L&D, and the relationship between sustainability and L&D. Her academic background includes a Master’s degree in Business Administration from HEC Paris and a PhD in Management from Paris-Dauphine University, focusing on Innovation Management. Additionally, she has completed a master's in contemporary history at the University of Caen-Normandie, with research interests in the history of ideas and technologies, experiential learning, and organizational change. Her international experience is extensive, having lived in Morocco, France, Spain, and the US. She is fluent in Arabic, French, English, and Spanish.
