"The Role of HR in Sustainability"

We hear so much today about sustainability, including related issues like net-zero carbon, biodiversity, or social value, to name a few. No longer on the fringe, these topics are shaping how businesses operate, and more and more organisations recognise that sustainable business practices make good business sense. Sustainability helps companies reduce costs, enhance reputation, attract investment, and avoid risks, It’s also an increasingly important priority to a large portion of the talent pool. In this session, we will explore the role of HR in sustainability and what HR leaders and their teams can and should be doing to ensure their organisations are maximising the significant benefits that sustainability offers, not least in attracting and retaining the best talent.
