I am an HR Leader with close to 20 years’ experience, spanning Sales, Coaching, Organisation Development, Sustainability, and Human Resource Management across the Banking and Consulting industries.
Currently, Lead for Talent Management, I am responsible for the Identification of the Potential of top talent and Succession Planning globally. In my previous role, I led the deployment and adoption of Talent Marketplace, launching in over 50 markets, growing the user base by over 300%, and generating circa $6m in unlocked productivity over the last two years.
I am an expert at building relationships with a broad range of stakeholders: business leaders, regulators, key decision makers, influencers, and multi-cultural teams across all levels. As a Senior HR Business Partner, I delivered large-scale business transformation programmes for both the Corporate and Retail businesses that required signification organizational design changes and implementation.
I am a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, a certified coach, and an active member of IGNITE: Standard Chartered Bank’s community of professional coaches, and I won the 2023 Most Motivational Coach award.
When not at work, I invest in family time and community engagement. I also enjoy reflective quiet time; hidden behind the pages of a book and listening to music, often, it’s both.
