I'm an Investment Funds partner based in AKD's Luxembourg office. With over a decade of experience in investment funds across international and independent local firms in Luxembourg, Germany, and the US, I've developed extensive expertise in alternative investment fund formation and investment management. I have a particular focus on private equity, venture capital, real estate, infrastructure, renewables, and debt funds strategies.

My work involves advising fund initiators on fund establishment and through the full life cycle of an investment fund, as well as assisting institutional and professional investors with funds due diligence. I also provide general investment fund and regulatory law advice, with a strong focus on English and German speaking jurisdictions.
