Change is Normal — And That's the Whole Point

Organisations have approached change as a discrete event or a project. Rapid change and AI are rewriting that assumption. Transformation cycles are compressing from years to months, and the half-life of professional skills are shortening. Does the "post-transformation" state still exist? Change is no longer exceptional but continuous — the new operating reality of modern work. For leaders, the opportunity is to shift the conversation from managing change as a series of disruptions to helping people work confidently inside constant evolution. Through for example, psychological safety, learning infrastructure, and a shared language for living in permanent beta. It's a mindset shift, gradual but essential.
