Sandrine Girszyn is the Head of HR for the AXA Headquarters (GIE AXA).<\/p>

She started her career in 1999 as an HR consultant, building expertise in recruitment, training, and career development before joining AXA in 2007. At AXA Technology Services, she first served as HR Business Partner before being promoted to HR Development Manager for Southern Europe.<\/p>

In 2015, she joined the AXA Headquarters as Head of Development and Business Partnering where she managed AXA GIE\u2019s HR Business Partner and Training teams. She then joined AXA Corporate Solutions in 2017 as Head of HR for the entity\u2019s French operations. She played an instrumental role in the integration of AXA Corporate Solutions, AXA Matrix, AXA Art, and XL Catlin in France and supported the merger with XL Catlin in Europe. She was appointed Europe Head of HR in 2018 and Chief HR Officer, APAC & Europe in 2019 covering more than 15 countries. During this period, she strongly contributed to the cultural shift within AXA XL and was a key driver of the HR strategy. In 2023, she came back to the AXA Headquarters as Head of HR.<\/p>

Very early awoken to the importance of the Human side of things, Mathieu David-Hine specialized in Human Resources management whilst fulfilling a Business School degree with Aerospace Management as a major. Mathieu David-Hine built a successful International HR career, holding positions at HR operational, transversal, or in centers of excellence. Convinced that People are at the center of everything, Mathieu David-Hine has always had a focus on people engagement, development, and well-being, placing the Human dimension in the first place in all his interactions with businesses, C-suite executives, Executive Committees, and CEOs. This was shortly followed by various operational roles such as Night Auditor at Le Meridien Etoile Paris and Guest Relations Officer at Hyatt Regency Paris Madeleine.
After several years in Paris, V\u00e9ronique was transferred to the Seychelles (Indian Ocean) with Starwood International in 2007 when she was appointed Cluster Director of Quality for two Le Meridien properties. Veronique then joined the FIFA Accommodation team for the 2010 FIFA World Cup in Johannesburg (South Africa).
She joined Accor in 2011, first based at the Asia Pacific headquarters in Singapore. During this tenure, her roles included Director of Communications & CSR Asia Pacific, where she supported Accor\u2019s communications strategy and CSR program across 21 countries. Previously, Veronique was also the Human Resources Marketing Manager in Asia Pacific, overseeing key HR
initiatives such as employer branding, school relationships, and partnerships. In the summer of 2022, Veronique was promoted to a global role based in Paris as the Group\u2019s Director of Talent & Culture Communications.
