Ayse Semiz-Ewald is a true "HR Swiss Knife" and has made it her mission to break down barriers in the job market and the workplace. After working for companies such as E.ON, EY, Zalando, and Wayfair, Ayse currently works as Vice President DE&I at Deutsche Telekom. There, she is driving a cultural change toward more diversity, equal opportunities and participation in a job-sharing model. Her goal is to ensure that everyone's full potential is seen, used, and appreciated and that the management levels become more colorful. The pragmatic 37-year-old stands above all for data-based "no-nonsense" solutions with business impact, without any moral preaching. Since 2021, the experienced HR professional has also been working part-time as a coach and consultant, sharing her knowledge and practical experience with individuals and companies.
