Lynette Silva Heelan is a principal consultant on Workhuman’s Strategy & Consulting team, partnering with clients on change strategies to make work more human. She is passionate about creating more human workplaces by helping millions of employees feel noticed, valued, and appreciated. In addition to her role as a principal strategist and consultant, Lynette is also an experienced human resources, recognition, and performance researcher and analyst. She provides Workhuman’s customers with the supporting industry trends and best practices often needed to consider the many aspects of what it means to make work more human, validate their human applications strategy and approach, and achieve success.
Lynette is a frequently requested speaker with a talent for engaging audiences in seeing gratitude, connection, and inclusion through a new lens to drive business results. During her career, she has helped organizations spanning industries to realize their ambitions by conducting workshops, master classes, and train-the-trainer sessions for customers including Celestica, Cadence, Baker Hughes, BP, AstraZeneca, and Lowe’s among others. Her experience in marketing, media, and analyst relations lends expertise to her consulting contributions to employee communications and training programs. Lynette holds a B.S. and M.S in History Education from Boston University.
