I have always been passionate about people, talent, and career development. With my energetic and proactive behavior, I bring creative and rational thinking, mixed with strong communication skills. As an alumnus of several leadership programs, I have a wealthy source of experience stemming from former positions ranging from HR Strategy at Mercedes-Benz to Recruiting at Siemens Advanta Consulting; tapping into my “unknown” DNA – from living and working in Malaysia as an out-and-proud professional to working as a local Siemens HR Business Partner in Spain without initially speaking any Spanish. In my current role, I lead the global identification & development of executive talents as well as the pipelining and placement for Siemens top 80 functions together with our board of management. Co-creating new employer value propositions and driving strategic HR & corporate culture projects are as important to me as directly connecting with brilliant people worldwide.
