“From Ceilings to Skies”: Empowering Women to Reach New Heights at Siemens – the Gender Equity Program.

When it comes to gender diversity, women represent more than half of the world’s population and just under half of the global workforce, however, they are still underrepresented within many organizations. Gender equity isn’t a woman’s issue, it’s a business issue. Our Gender Equity Program aims to deliver sustainable change by increasing the number of women we hire in entry-level positions in business functions and fairly promoting them throughout all functions, in order to create a strong foundation of leaders.

Join me as I speak on how Siemens used data analysis of the global demographic data to identify the gender equity challenges & opportunities, and how we defined clear measurable indicators to achieve our goal of a minimum of 30% of women in Siemens’ Top Management by the end of the fiscal year 2025, and where we stand today towards reaching our goal.
