As Vice President of Talent Success & DEI for OLX, I head all things talent from Branding, Acquisition, Development, Management, Engagement & DEI.

Prior to joining OLX, I held HR and TA Senior Leadership positions at Zalando GmBH, Accenture, and MphasiS (Formerly HP Company ).

As a renowned thought leader, have been a Keynote speaker, panelist, and speaker at conferences such as LinkedIn Talent Connect New York Unleash World Paris, HR Core Lab Barcelona, SOSU Amsterdam, HR Vision Amsterdam, Tec Rec, Berlin, and many others. I have been published in leading magazines like Business of Fashion, New York, and HR Tech Outlook, and co-authored a book called The Builders Guide to the Tech Galaxy, recently published in Josh Bersin Academy as well.
