Simon Gauci

Simon Gauci is the Head of Human Resources & Workplace Relations at Saputo Dairy Australia (SDA) and leads out SDA’s Diversity Equity & Inclusion program. Simon is an experienced HR leader who has worked across the public and private sectors, and been variously responsible for the design, development, and roll out of different DE&I programs throughout this time. Simon started his career as an employment lawyer in private practice.
