Rowena Carter is a People & Culture leader with close to 20 years of experience, with her passion for travel and culture guiding her career into hospitality, transitioning from operational and events management roles into Executive Leadership positions in HR, working with a wide range of luxury and lifestyle brands including Firmdale, 8Hotels, Ovolo Hotels, The Lancemore Group and currently, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. Rowena strives to influence both the people experience and performance output, by focusing on culture, engagement and strategic innovation.
