Dennis Bonilla

Dennis Bonilla is an industry-recognized Digital Learning & Technology Transformation Strategist specializing in the integration of adult learning neuroscience, digital learning technologies and curriculum, data analytics, and corporate and higher education strategies for the modern, multi-generational workforce.

Dennis was Executive Dean at the University of Phoenix for the College of Information Systems and Technology and the School of Business. He also designed, developed, and launched the Red Flint Innovation Experience Centers for the University of Phoenix in Las Vegas and Phoenix. He has been an invited speaker, both nationally and internationally, on learning and technology trends, women and minorities in technology, digital learning transformation, and STEM. He is a veteran of the U.S. Navy, where he taught in Naval Nuclear Power School and served 3 patrols in engineering operations on the USS Casimir Pulaski, SSBN 633 Blue Crew.

Dennis began his professional career as a training engineer for Westinghouse, teaching nuclear plant operations at multiple commercial power plants, both domestic and international. He is a member of numerous organizations’ boards, including the Board of Trustees of Xavier College Preparatory, SQUIGL board of directors, Los D-Backs Hispanic Ambassadors Council, Luceo/Sports Aptitude, Better Manager, GrinGO App, among others. In July 2017, Mr. Bonilla was awarded the Insight Into Diversity Inspiring Leaders in STEM Award. He holds an MBA in Operations Analysis from PACE University, B.S. in Nuclear Technology from University of the State of New York. Certified in both Virtual Content Development and Delivery. He is a licensed private pilot. In his current role at Wiley mthree, Dennis is helping to bridge the skills gap in technology and banking services by leading the global training academy.
