I was working for a Big 4 Audit and a Big 4 strategy consulting firm being responsible for the HR & Organization Transformation Consulting practice. I have worked as Group Head of HR for two major Financial Services Companies in the insurance and Private Banking sector and as Group Head of Talent Management for a Big 5 Pharma company, a a major global Swiss Bank and now a market leading consumer goods company.

I have consulted a variety of companies like SMI/DAX/Fortune 500 companies headquartered in Switzerland and Europe.
