As Director of Strategic Design, Andrew leads the consulting faculty at LEO Learning, which is at the frontline of digital learning and learning innovation in practice. In this role, he focuses on his personal passion: how technology-enabled learning and communication blends can genuinely transform behaviors and performance, and make a real difference to learners, teams, and global organizations today.
