\n<\/strong>Impactic Global GmbH accepts electronic cards payment and payment through invoice. In the case of invoice payments, the client has to transfer the payment as soon as our invoice is delivered. Impactic Global reserves the right to refuse access to the event or cancel the client\u2019s booking(s) at any time if we didn\u2019t receive the payment from the customer.<\/p>\n
\n<\/strong>Impactic Global doesn\u2019t provide refunds in case of cancellation. Nevertheless, we provide the customer (a sponsor or attendee) with one or more vouchers by which the client can participate in one of our future events. Our voucher validity is one year starting from the date the voucher was issued. This also applies in case of event postponement\/cancellation. We\u2019re not responsible for any damages or loss as a result of changes in the event program or postponement\/cancelation. We reserve the right to change the program of our event.
